Very bad experience in all aspects of hiring starting from interview scheduling to interview call. JD is not well defined and shared. HR says no Coding Role but Interviewer says write a Lambda code. understood well by the Face to face interview at the Hyderabad Office. 1 Technical round. No pleasantries, just started with company name and projects. Interview was not complex, interviewer had many things to discuss but with a preset answers. Questions were asked for AWS or GCP cloud but expected to explain in the development without Cloud services. I had explain the answers first in cloud based services then needed to explain the same in Self managed servers then explain it with use case to make sure my point is communicated through. Interviewer wanted to name the configuration field names for using Vault or Secrets manager. They had a very preset answers, it was a SDE3 role with little architecture responsibilities not other wise. Please expect 40% hands on coding apart from POCs, 40% people management and maybe 20% design. interview felt like this role is majorly divided in code reviews and people management. The questions were more specific to naming the things rather the Designing new systems or any disaster recovery use cases or others. Questions are not clear and very little scope of asking questions for better clarifications.

It’s went very well and smooth and completed within same day. Received offer within 5 days. They called me on tea discussion and it’s well. It has two technical round and 1 hr round.
