Applied through an agency, had an interview the next day. Interview consisted of role playing phone calls that were very simple. Overall the interview process was smooth and fairly easy. I wouldn't be worried about the role playing calls as they discuss it with you in depth and offer advice after the call to help you improve for the next one
Friendly interviwer made me feel really at ease and the application process was thorough but relevant to the job role applied for, prior to the interview an online test needed to be completed.

There was an online survey that you complete firstly, then an
online interview with one person, they were friendly and interview seemed relatively informal, they asked a few questions and interview lasted 45 mins. They start off asking about hobbies.
