I had a "video" interview in which I had to answer Lloyd Bank's questions one by one. There was no 'interviewer', and my answers were automatically recorded. I had to look up at my webcam consistently, as if I am facing my interviewer. The questions were mostly asking my previous work experiences, what I've learned from it, and of course, 'why Lloyds'.
