Before being able to meet anyone or even be given a phone number you have to complete online exams through a third party provider which is just poorly set up. I had an issue with the exam and had to get in touch with HR which was very difficult but once I did they were very friendly and understanding. The best thing I could recommend is make the process more welcoming! Your staff seem to be good people who are happy to help, don't hide them!!
