I started with the standard Online Application, progressed with the Online Tests (numerical etc. - weren't too hard) and got invited to have the Video Interview. I found most of the interview questions on Glassdoor, so after I had the chance to prepare for it. Passed the Video Interview and was offered an offer.

Entretien
I applied to the Retail banking part and did all the standard tests, failed at the video interview section of the interview. They asked the question on screen and you had 90 seconds to answer it. With no verbal cues it was difficult but a good experience even though I failed at this stage.
