New normal interview. Before entering the facility you have to wash your hands and dry then log to their log book and wait for your call. If you're called then there will be a written exam that can last for one hour and 30 minutes then they will let you have a break and after taking break you will have a physical exam the next will be the one on one interview.

The initial interview is just for a day and the process was fast. There are 3 steps. First they will interview you through a paper, next is an exam interview, and third is the final interview with the HR.
