Interviewed with the office manager over the phone and then in the office with the project manager, 2 software devs and the office manager. The interviews were comprised of informal questions and discussion but got to key issues about relevant experience and skill sets. Ultimately, I left with a concrete understanding of what would be expected of me and felt that I was given the opportunity to adequately explain my current skills and interests. After the interview I followed up about a week later and was offered the job.
