Had initial call then went to meet face to face, waited over half an hour for the interviewer. Was told I would hear back within 2 days and haven't yet

SMS text notification from HR requesting an interview. Fairly cold and impersonal response. I decided to follow up with a telephone call to HR, and l received an annoyed response. First red flag. The second was an invitation to a 30 minute screening interview by the Director.
