There were assignments to write essays on three topics to choose from. The process took a month while the hiring process took almost 5 months. The errors made in the interview (essay tasks) were also provided after completion of the deadline and the tasks.

An English test and a writing test, both easy for someone with at least a C1 level of English and with some experience writing academic papers or essays. You are given a topic and must write a certain amount of words on it while sticking to the guidlines provided
