The interview process was standard for PR agencies. It included a few rounds with the potential supervisor, higher up's, and your potential team. It also including a writing assessment to demonstrate your ability & skills.

Met with the Senior Coordinator and Director to learn more about my background and details about the position. Next round, met with the Senior Manager and Vice President and was mentioned I was being considered for the Senior Coordinator role instead -- which is the position I DID NOT apply for. Not only my time was wasted, but my credentials were belittled.
