J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez LiveRamp (San Francisco, CA) en févr. 2015
Entretien
I received an email for an initial phone interview 2 weeks after I applied. The recruiter scheduled an interview with his partner for the next day. My interviewer was very nice and asked great questions about my experience. She also gave me a good description of the team and what the role entailed.
The only odd question was when she asked me where I saw myself in 2-3 years. After I answered, she described what kind of tasks the job was responsible for which was different than what I said. I felt that she used my "future goals" to decide I wasn't right for the job.

I found LiveRamp via Hired.com. The recruiter reached out to me for the initial phone screen, which was then followed by three phone interviews with team members and an onsite interview.
Recruiter phone screen - The recruiter was super nice and made sure I was a good general fit for the position. She also explained more about LiveRamp since the company has a complex product which may not be easy to understand for those not already familiar with online advertising. The recruiter then let me know that more phone interviews would follow.
Three phone screens - Each phone interview was with a different member of the PMCI team. Each consisted of talking a bit about my background and then some brain teasers or coding problems. Everyone seemed very intelligent and I had a positive impression after each interview.
Onsite Interview - The onsite interview consisted of five 1:1 interviews plus a presentation. The 1:1 interviews were a all enjoyable and everyone seemed very excited about the company. Most interviews had a brain teaser or product sense question along with some background questions. Make sure to come prepared with good questions about LiveRamp as well. The presentation is also an important part of the interview. Make sure to put effort into your project and communicate clearly.

I applied to LiveRamp on Angelist and pretty quickly got contacted by the recruiter. The recruiter was super friendly and shared a bit more about the company and the position. She just asked for my background, salary expectations, and timeline. Then she passed me through to a first round interview.
The first round interview was a bit laughable though. It was another phone interview, and it was administered by an employee who had graduated college only three months before. The employee seemed to have trouble describing the company, the product, or the position. I'm surprised they put someone so inexperienced in a position to make a hiring decision. It shows poor judgment.
