Initial phone screen with a recruiter, with a promise to schedule a 2nd step with the hiring manager. The process between those steps took 3 weeks, at which point I received automated rejection emails, and only did 2 weeks later did someone in the talent department contact me to tell me they did not want to advance to the 2nd round after all. I would not interview for any opportunity at this company again.

The interview with the recruiter was pretty standard. The recruiter was very nice, knowledgable in regards to knowing everything about the company and the sales team. He actually got me excited about the possibility of working for the company. The next interview with one of the team leads was a different story. The team lead wasn't friendly AT ALL, like so bad it was shocking to me that he was in sales and I knew working for him would be a nightmare. It was clear that mutually we both silently agreed it would not be a good fit!!
