I was contacted through a recruiter who I met with several times over the phone and in person. Had 2-3 phone screens with LiveRamp (HR, hiring manager, and executive level). Asked to go to SF office for a day consisting of a panel presentation and multiple 1:1 interviews. Had final phone interview with president before offer was received.

I applied online and heard from a recruiter very shortly after. We had a 20 min phone call, and then a few days later I had another 20 min call with someone on the team. Everyone there was very nice, reliable, easy to talk to, and very straight forward about the job. Although I believe the culture is great, the role itself wasn't exactly a good fit with my skill set so it was a mutual decision to not move forward. It was a great experience and if something else opened up down the line that matched my background a little better I would be open to exploring those options.
