Entretien
The hiring process was remote via eight telephone interviews and one interview via Skype all scheduled by an in-house recruiter, all approximately 30 minutes in length. The questions were not difficult, overall fairly standard. All interviewers were dedicated to their roles and the company; they were open, honest and frank about their expectations of the role and the challenges I could be expected to face if I was hired. More than one commented (after I was hired) that I had asked them very thought provoking questions.

Entretien
First approached by HR Manager who introduced me to the role and told me about the team (and gave guidance on how to approach the interview with the Hiring Manager, which was great). I then had an interview with the Hiring Manager and felt much more comfortable knowing what kind of company it was, having had the initial call with HR.
