I had an in person interview on site which asked simple questions about myself, my interests, etc. I saw the job fair posting online and showed up early and had to wait in line to speak with someone.
Phone interview at the first step, then second in-person interview. Background check and orientation follow within the next week. The process is quite fast and great and you have the flexibility of choosing the events you’d like to work at.

How my previous work experience could be transferred to the new position. I was also asked if I had some sales experience although it was not required.

Entretien
went into 2 separate rooms and spoke to two different managers. Discussed the different functions of the jobs I could be working within the department. I moved pretty smoothly like machine because it was a hiring event.
