The interview process consists of three rounds: Basic Material Knowledge – Assessing understanding of materials and their properties. Design – Evaluating design skills and problem-solving ability. Sales – Testing communication and sales acumen.

The interview process included an HR round followed by a technical discussion where I was asked to present my AutoCAD work and explain my design approach. There were also a few practical and situational questions related to space planning and client handling.
