My interview process consisted of 2 rounds. The first was with the recruiter, the second with a partner of the firm. Both were very pleasant. There was a bit of a surprise when the interview went well, but I did not expect to enjoy it as much as I did, since I am used to old school interviewers who seem to want you to be nervous.
