It started with a very polite and informative phone call interview. After they approved me I went to an in person interview where I got to spend quality informative time in the center.

You do the online application process, then you schedule an hour observation where you receive a tour of the clinic and get time to observe session with a client. You also sit with the center director and they ask questions about experience and get to know you.
