The building that was going to be Little Caesar's used to be a garage and was being renovated. The construction crew was in the building and there was a now hiring sign written on cardboard. There were applications inside the locked building, if there was someone in there you could have them get you one, also you handed the filled out application to the construction workers. I was skeptical as it had my social security number written on it. It did make it to the hiring manager though, which I'm thankful for because a few people called whose applications weren't received. I was called a few days later and I was told there would be an open interview from 12-4 the next day. I went in for 12 and was the first one there. A few other people walked in and they were asked to wait outside until the manager was done speaking with me, and my husband who was also there to be interviewed. She talked to my husband for a couple minutes, explained the job and asked if he could perform all those tasks, he said yes. Then she asked if he could make it to a different Little Caesar's location to do training before the store opened. She asked what I was doing there at the interview and I told her she had called me, she asked if I could make it to training and I said yes. Then she said she couldn't hire family because it's against their policy. I was later hired and found out her daughters both worked for Little Caesar's and she hired two sisters at the location I was working at.
