From the phone screening, it appeared like they were looking for a certain experience which I didn't have a lot of, and so didn't expect them to move forward, but I was called for an interview anyway. There were 3 different interviews and the most striking part was how unprofessional the overall experience was. None of them appeared on a timely basis, sometimes making me wait for up to 15 minutes between the interviews. I had a real trouble communicating with one of the persons, who would resist giving any more details about a problem that is missing a lot of details to come up with a complete design. Another interviewers brought in an intern with him, so that he can watch us and learn, and I didn't feel comfortable with "certain" type of communication between them. The 3rd interview was just fine, though it was mostly technical discussion (no coding). I didn't get an offer, but wouldn't have accepted one anyway.
