First HR cold call, then followed by an interview with the manager. Finally, meet with the director—all online interviews. There was an English and IQ test. IQ test includes a lot questions and it could be difficult to complete it on time.

I underwent a two-round interview process (online, then onsite). While the hiring manager was polite, the administrative side was a major deterrent. My interview date was communicated incorrectly by HR on three separate occasions. Most frustratingly, after arriving onsite for the final round, I was made to wait 30 minutes only to be told there was yet another scheduling error and that I should have been there on a different day.
As a working professional, I took time off from my current duties and invested significant effort into a custom technical presentation. To receive a generic rejection followed by total silence when requesting feedback—only to see the exact same role reposted immediately—is a disappointing lack of professional courtesy.
