Thank you for taking the time to write a review on your interview experience. I'm sorry that you didn't have a positive experience. Our goal is always to be respectful and I'm sorry that you were interrupted. Since our phone screens are only 30 minutes, the interviewers sometimes refocus the conversation so we can do a proper evaluation in the limited time. Having said that we appreciate your feedback and we'll review if we need to make changes.
In the role that you interviewed for, we are looking for someone who is interested in building and improving our customer success SOPs. We do have existing SOPs, but we are always working on improving and developing new ones. The case study is designed to measure whether a candidate can work without guidance, demonstrate problem-solving and written communication skills.
