I had two interviews. Both of them went smoothly, but the offer they placed was below my expected package. I discussed this with the relevant representative, who assured me it would be discussed internally and that I would receive a response. However, despite following up, I never received any update. At the very least, they should inform candidates whether the offer is negotiable or not. Failing to communicate is extremely unprofessional and leaves a poor impression.
