Lengthy over about 3 months, included a meeting with HR, then with the line manager, then a final presentation to the heads of the department along with HR of an upcoming release campaign strategy, which did feel like an easy way to gain ideas for no return.

I was treated very well during the interview process. I felt like I had a strong understanding of the role and what would be expected of me. My interviewer was respectful and enthusiastic about the role and made me excited to apply.
