1. Written Aptitude test of one hour in my college.
2. After having cleared the aptitude test, two interviews in technical and HR, conducted by the Head of HR at Lionbridge himself.
3. The results were declared after a period of two weeks and I was one of the fortunate ones.
4. All the candidates who had successfully cleared the interviews were called to the organisation's Mumbai office and were given a glimpse of the working atmosphere and other details.

Process was smooth. Asked questions on Java. Interview lasted for an hour. The interviewer was knowledgeable. Asked about my previous experience and projects. Also asked to explain any project I worked on
