Very long and drawn out process - over 6 weeks. Recruiter Screen, HM Interview, Role Play and Competency Based Interview. I had to chase recruiter between interviews for updates which was frustrating and didnt create a great candidate experience.

Processo muito transparente dividido em três etapas: entrevista via telefone com o RH, entrevista com o gestor e entrevista final com o gestor e um diretor. Houve feedback ao final do processo.
I did not enjoy the application experience. A recruiter messaged me directly and there was a lack of clear directions. The entire process was very quick and badly organized I would expect more from an enterprise level organization like LinkedIn

Three rounds: hr screen, hiring manager and group interview. The team has been very professional and supportive throughout the process and made me feel at ease. The whole process toom around 6 weeks.
