I had the initial interview with a Linkedin Talent Team Member via phone and was asked about my background and why I was interested in the role. I explained my interest in the applied position and how I could fit the role. After the interview, I received feedback within the same week that they decided to continue with other candidates.

For this role, there are three rounds in total. First a pre-screening with a recruiter, then a rather informal meeting with the team manager, and finally a panel interview with several people from the team
