So far it has been a fairly standard phone interview process. I was recruited through my university and within two days was offered a phone screen interview. It went well, just a resume review and discussion of skills and qualifications. I was invited to the on site interview at the end of the phone screen and I will be told whether I receive a job offer after this. I am moving on to the on-site interview soon.
