Lindamood-Bell has a large need for clinicians each summer, so your best bet for employment is between June and September. The interview includes a spelling proficiency test and a logic test. If you pass, you get a one-on-one interview with some basic questions.

There is an online spelling and reading assessment (done in a group) with a follow-up in person interview with the center director at the location you apply to. You should hear from HR roughly 24 hours after completing the online assessments regarding next steps.
