Overall, the process was very comfortable. It was more of a conversation versus an interview. I felt very welcome and at ease in talking to the interviewer. Probably one of the best interview experiences I have had in a long time. The hiring manager was very thorough in providing details and information for the next steps in the process. This made preparation much easier. The LFG website provided great information to supplement my presentation.
