Long and took forever had three different interviews and was not offered the position- took over a month of my time. Everyone in the office was new which was concerning. Did initial interview 1:1 then had phone screening, next was a group interview. I had to call multiple times to see what the bext steps were.
The process started with a phone interview with a recruiter, then an interview with the center manager, and there a final interview with both the area manager and center manager.

Laid back, but also not fully transparent. There are a lot of things in medical sales that aren’t shared until you’re in the field. Gould’s is the preferred provider for almost all locations in Louisville.

Lincare has a very transparent and straightforward process, it was well communicated and laid out. This interview process, while not lengthy, was well put together and aided in understanding responsibilities, while explaining your experience.
