J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez Lime Lush Boutique (Provo, UT) en mars 2017
Entretien
My interview seemed unconventional but the owner brought me in and didn't actually interview me. He instead pshychoanalyzed my resume and application, making assumptions about my past, asking personal questions and offering his life story plus advice all in the name of "helping me grow" because it was his duty. I was brought in for a second interview with him and his wife and asked illegal questions he already knew the answers to because I was naive enough to discuss my personal life in the first interview. I walked out of the second interview because I was uncomfortable with the situation and obvious bias against me.

The job listing requested creativity and attention to detail and my application reflected that. I was called the same day to come in for a brief screening. At the appointment, the receptionist discussed my resume with me for about five, she which I was ushered into the owners office. He proceeded to ask me many "get to know you" questions, some of which were personal or illegal and none of which actually evaluated my work experience or discussed the actual position. I left after an hour and a half feeling like I'd been psycho-analyzed and my answers had been twisted and misconstrued. Two weeks later I was invited for a second interview to meet with the owner's wife. I was again asked illegal questions. This interview also did not involve any real discussion about the job position but was much shorter. I was informed via email the next day that I was not a good fit for the position.
