Deeply flawed and humiliating experience. Recruiter said he’d reach out to me to give me feedback. Instead sent me the traditional copy pasted email. Throughout the ordeal I never felt valued as a candidate or felt that Lime was actually considering hiring me.

Waste of time. Received a call after submitting my resume. Scheduled the pre-screen call. Spoke to Lime 2x and was told I would be contacted. Lime loved my experience with direct-to-consumer marketing, field marketing, and community outreach/engagement. It's what I do every day.

Who cares. Recruiter was sketchy at best. Went through my resume job by job and she felt I was perfect for the position. After call #2, never heard from her again after leaving numerous voice mail and sending email requesting an update. My salary requirements were in line with the position. Position is still available and has been for more than 5 months.
