      Entretien

Somewhat of a drawn out process but nothing out of the ordinary, a phone screen with the recruiter, data take home assignment, phone/video screen with the hiring manager. Second call with the hiring manager, second take home assignment, call/in-person to review homework.

      Entretien

It was a pretty involved and drawn out process. About a month had passed between my application and when the recruiter reached out to me. I had a phone screen with the recruiter. I was then invited to take an online analytics assessment (pretty similar to Uber's assessment, but slightly more challenging). After that was a phone interview with the hiring manager. To be honest, I got the impression that the hiring manager was unprepared for this interview ,because the questions he asked me seemed too focused and did not allow me to describe how my experience overall would make me successful in the role. Following that, I was asked to complete a take home case study assignment, and was given 3 days to complete the assignment, which was actually interesting, but very challenging to complete if you are already working full time in a demanding job. After completing and submitting the case study, the next step was to present and talk through the case study to the hiring manager via a video conference call. After that, the next round would have been the onsite interview, but I received an email from the recruiter informing me that they decided to move forward with other candidates who have more relevant experience. I can appreciate their opinions and needs - but I also feel like that feedback could have (and should have) come earlier in the process, and should have been dealt after the first interview with the hiring manager. I know a few other reviewers expressed this about their interview processes at Lime, but I wish I hadn't been 'led on' as long as I was, especially given the time required to prep, complete, and discuss/review the various assignments and tasks required as part of the process.

      Questions d'entretien [1]

      Question 1

Phone screen: general questions about your motivation for position/working at Lime First phone interview with hiring manager: very specific questions about 1-2 points mentioned on my resume - I imagined these were asked to validate and check for authenticity, but as mentioned, I feel like I wasn't able to present my best self through this process Case study review with hiring manager: situational questions, asking me how I would go about doing certain things/completing certain tasks

Applied online, was contacted by a recruiter a few days later for an initial screen. Step 2 was a timed Excel test - it's similar to the ones used by Uber, etc but a bit more challenging. Next was a 30 min chat with the hiring manager via Zoom. Final step was an onsite at Lime HQ in SF, flew up and interviewed with 4 members of the team over the course of 2-3 hours. Everything went great with smooth communication up until the on-site was over. I thought things went pretty well and was told to expect feedback early in the next week - however, that was the last I ever heard from anyone at Lime. They completely ghosted me and didn't reply to multiple call attempts or emails over the next 3-4 weeks. After what had been a great process up until that point I was very disappointed by the unprofessionalism.
