Probably the worst Recruiting experience of my life. Went through 4 rounds of interviews just fine, and I get a call from the recruiter on February 7th to offer me the position. I am obviously excited, and she tells me she will get back to me with an offer letter the next day. I don't receive the offer letter so I e-mail her, and she calls me to let me know they're looking at an internal candidate. I have already turned down two other job offers at this point since she told me they were moving forward with me. 3 weeks later, and with minimum communication even though I kept reaching out, she calls me to tell me that they're moving forward with another candidate. Awful experience, and extremely unprofessional to tell someone they're moving forward with them and then decide not to. I should have accepted the red flags when during the first interview, the recruiter sounded like she didn't know what she was doing. I would avoid this company, not only because they seem to be unprofessional, disorganized and all over the place, but because of all of the other reviews.
