HR screening -> zoom interview -> take-home technical project -> zoom interview. The take-home was supposed to be done in a framework that I explicitly told them I don't have experience in, which was frustrating. I was also told it would be paid. After multiple follow-ups, I have since been ghosted with no compensation.
