The process from initial screening to final interview took about 3 weeks. Everything was very smooth and transparent. The recruiter ensured they were available for any questions and provided updates for every step of the hiring process. Feedback and updates after every round were very quick, which is greatly appreciated. The interviews with the hiring team were engaging and gave a good insight into the company values. Interviewing for this role included a case study, which was a nice challenge and provided feedback on what the duties of the position will be. Overall, a great experience!

I recently had a screening interview with this company, and honestly, it was quite disappointing. I expected a more professional and engaging experience.
The interview was done over the phone, and the recruiter had a strong accent while speaking on speakerphone, which made it a bit hard to follow at times. I have nothing against accents at all, but in that situation, a video call would have made the conversation clearer and more personal.
She also mentioned that she would be using AI during the interview, which I found a little confusing. I understand that AI is becoming part of the hiring process, but if a recruiter is already conducting the interview, it would make more sense to rely on their own experience and communication skills. Because of the AI involvement, what was supposed to feel like a conversation ended up feeling more like an interrogation. It made me really uncomfortable and hindered my ability to express myself.
I’ve had interviews before that were fully run by AI, and that was fine because it was expected from the start. But in this case, since it was an actual recruiter calling, it would have been better to keep it more natural and human.
Overall, this was one of the most disappointing interviews I’ve had during my job search in 2025.

Great, transparent, and smooth recruitment experience
The entire process was very intuitive and well-structured. I always knew exactly which step we were in, which ones were completed, which were coming up next, and even which steps were being handled on their side — that level of transparency was a big plus.
All my questions were answered quickly, and we could openly discuss special cases or needs. The team was super helpful in finding solutions that worked well for both sides. The forms were also easy to fill out and everything was clearly communicated. Overall, a very positive and professional experience!
