I went through a three step interview, meeting a recruiter (Priyanka Kinger), then the hiring manager, and in a last step two team mates. The process is very well managed through the people team at Lightspeed. The interviews were of increasing difficulty, with the last step diving really deep into my experience and knowhow. I really appreciated that I was provided with a generous background on the position and current challenges. Throughout the process that this was more a mutual discovery on how I can help solve their challenges and how I would enjoy working there, rather than just being tested. All interviewers were very respectful and professional.
