The HR round was weird and contradictory to the prior round. The HR clearly stated that i need to make my mind to join this company only if i am looking for no growth and role change. I mean which company doesn't have a career growth plan for it's employees or Who would want to be a secretary for all his/her life ? I think the company needs better HR that Can understand the skill set and hunger for growth instead of telling the candidate that they are too aspirational.

Incredibly efficient and thorough 3 step interview process, with great job description breakdown and transparency throughout. Interviews were all conducted via Zoom, but still felt personable and connected. Follow up from HR was prompt and very helpful. Easily the most enjoyable interviews and interview process I've gone through!!
