The interview process was welcoming, comprehensive, and efficient.
Each interviewer was friendly and professional, which helped create a comfortable environment to answer questions with confidence.
The process consisted of three steps: a 15-minute initial screening, a 45-minute interview assessing cultural and skills fit, and a final 60-minute assignment-based interview. The last two stages involved multiple team members from different departments, making the process efficient.
Communication was prompt—I received feedback from the first two interviews within 24 hours and from the final one within 3 days. They adhered to their timelines, ensuring a smooth and fast-moving experience.

The application process with Lightspeed was lengthy and involved multiple interviews with various employees, including a presentation that received positive feedback. My next conversation was with the sales manager or a similar supervisory role, which went well overall. However, I realized afterward that I struggled to answer one or two questions to their satisfaction. I was ultimately informed that they would not be moving forward with my application, but I received very little explanation as to why. This abrupt ending was unexpected and frustrating, as I felt I couldn’t learn from the experience. The lack of dialogue during the final conversation only added to my disappointment, as it didn’t foster an open exchange.
