An assessment with some personal questions. The assessment consists of four puzzles. Some personal questions include work authorization, understanding of the position, expected salary, career plan and experience with small companies.

Entretien
Applied online. They reached out by email with some logic questions. I completed them and sent them back. A few days later they reached out for a phone interview. The phone interview was with a recruiter and we mostly talked about my background and what I'd be doing at the company. The next email I received was noticing me that they were not moving on with my candidacy. I assume there would've been an on-site with technical employees before they ultimately made the decision.
