The company has a very well-defined interview and onboarding process. The interview process is, perhaps, a little more involved than your may expect but the end result is a team of top performers. There were a handful of initial phone interviews with the managers of the group and the strategic talent manager. Then, it was on-site in Seattle HQ with folks who eventually became my co-workers. Overall, a tough but fair experience!
