Connected through a recruiter for an experienced trader position. Went through four rounds of hour-long phone interviews. No hard technical questions, more focused on my background and trading experience. Didn't feel like they had a set interview playbook, more general 'describe your experience' then winging it from there. Overall it seemed to go well, but then... 0 feedback or response from them after the last interview. After that many rounds+time invested i'd expect at least an email.
