The process started with a general phone interview to have a general feeling of my background on data analysis and also to know which programming languages I have been using so far. It was very friendly and easy going. After three days I got a call to have a personal interview. In the personal interview I had to talk in detail about my experience on data analysis. Which statitistical methods have you used? They were very interested in bayesian analysis and if I had experience with it. As a test case they asked an apparently easy question. If you had the data from a special marketing campaign what would you do with it? Some days later I got a call to inform me that unfortunately they offered the position to another person.
