J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 5 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Lift Co (Toronto, ON) en mars 2018
Entretien
Several meetings within the span of 2 weeks. They were quick to react to the application, less than 30 mins after the initial application. Had great meetings with everyone, they told me I was the top tier candidate. After "checking my references" for 2 weeks, the CTO made me an embarrassingly low offer and refused to negotiate. Found out afterwards that they had already checked my references and were stringing me along for some reason.

Question 1
Tell me about yourself, tell me about your past projects, tell me what your most proud of
Three in-person interviews over 3 weeks which included a project and presentation. No phone screening interview. Overall the interview process was fairly enjoyable and straightforward. Talking about past experiences and projects, build a product to solve a specific problem, then present and if good enough, meet CTO.
The one thing that really bugged me besides it being three separate in person interviews was that after I was rejected, I had asked for feedback so that I can do better in the future but never heard back from anyone. Normally this wouldn't bug me as much but if a candidate meets a potential employer on three separate occasions and builds a product plan and presentation, I would like some useful feedback.
