I showed up for my interview and was taken into a crowded, messy storage closet. It was not an appropriate setting for an interview. The woman who interviewed me hadn't even looked at my resume prior to the interview, and I had driven a significant distance (over 2 hours) to interview for this position at a busy time in my life. The interviewer literally sat there for 5 minutes and told me to wait while she read my resume in front of me. I was then read a list of about 20 generic interview questions, none of them relating to my experience or the position. The time and effort I put into this interview was not reciprocated by the company. As if that weren't insulting enough, at the end of the interview, I was told that I would receive a follow-up call to proceed with the next steps of the interview process. I never received any sort of contact from the company, even despite my multiple attempts to contact them. I was ghosted - completely ignored. This is a horrible way to treat young professionals. The whole process was very insulting.

Very extensive interview process, they clearly want to check into the background and get to know an individual. Seemed to move a little slow, but that was because of the volume of interviews and coordinating schedules. HR interviews were behavioral based, but managers and other workers were more conversational.
