Call with hiring manager.
No reply for 2 months, very unprofessional.
Its sad such companies have no ethics to share results on time or share result at all.

Apply for a job, be recommended by friend. Interviewed by boss, work on simple project to be able to speak with team on next interview. At the end you have new interview with your boss where you will be offered a job or you will be rejected. If you are offered a job you will probably have next interview to negotiate your salary.
