Easy interview process, average questions. The recruiter was knowledgeable and kind. Easy calendar set up to schedule interviews. 1st interview with recruiter provided basic info and set up of company. 2nd interview was the same with more questions related to therapy and prior experiences.

It’s fairly easy and stress free. You initially meet with the practice development director to talk about the credentialing, onboarding process and compensation. Then you get scheduled to speak to the clinical director and if it’s a good fit, you move forward from there.
