Pretty simple. Pleasant. I had a screening interview prior to two longer interviews. The screening “interview” was a very nice/welcoming phone call from the recruiter. I then had 2 interviews that were more intensive. They were more discussion based regarding prior experience. The whole process was nice and not as stressful as most interviews.
