J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez LifeStance Health (Mount Juliet, TN) en sept. 2022
Entretien
The interview process was very minimal. I had one brief phone interview with a clinical director who was a therapist (not a nurse practitioner), and I was offered the job shortly after. There was no extensive screening or multi-step process. It was very easy to get hired, which likely reflects the high turnover at the company.

Fair and straightforward. Basic questions regarding experience, comfort levels, expectations, clinical skills, and management. Very polite, nice, to the point. I could have been a lot easier but the weather did not help.
